   omg omg so excited for s3! this season has been so hurtful but i just looove how the author sits with the ugliness and explores both characters’ psychology instead of rushing to tidy it up with convenient cop-outs where the abuser feels bad so everything’s fine, or the victim enjoyed some of the intimacy so retroactively it was all consensual. the horror of loving your abuser while being fully aware of it is shown honestly without hand-waving anything away.
