   For sm of them mybe it’s the only way out . But from us who left behind its not.. my experience facing my bestie twice trying to take her own life, I’m helpless n guilty. I cannot go to her cos we r far away, different continent. Through phone she described how she planned to end her own life .. then one year later she tried again . Her family got no idea n she doesn’t want to tell them cos she felt they don’t care …pls don’t mk an attempt to end ur life ..it’s traumatising for ppl around u
