Let me break it to u the way im understanding this…so basically the yellow haired guy is so said obsessed with the red haired and he wants him to become an omega so he bought bills from that random dude, but the pills werent what he was actually looking for so now the red haired guy is getting memory loss from the pills and nausea but the yellow haired guy isnt noticing it (at least not yet) so the red haired guy will continue taking the pills, unaware of their effects. As for this professor, idk, he might be just a side chatacter.
